Barbara
has worked with such companies and organizations as Borders,
Kmart Corporation, Little Professor Book Centers, Inc.,
the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, the Chamber Music Society
of Detroit, Wayne State University Press, Group [eX]: Eli
Greenbaum & Associates, Gayle’s Chocolates, and
The Droste Group. She has also assisted authors, artists,
and musicians to develop proposals, artist statements, and
media materials.

director of foundation giving at Childrens (sic) Hospital
Los Angeles, Barbara led, trained, and evaluated the staff
of the foundation’s grant writing department. She managed
the publication program at the Norton Simon Museum, Pasadena,
California, and trained Simon & Schuster publishing representatives
in their sales presentations and reporting. Barbara has educated
board members and volunteers on the art and science of fundraising. |
